If a part ordered from our catalog does not fit your specific vehicle chassis or engine variant, you are entitled to an instant free replacement or a full refund via M-Pesa within 7 calendar days of receipt.

2Eligibility Requirements for Returns

• Notification Window: Contact our team within 7 days of receiving your order via WhatsApp (0701669707) or phone.
• Component Condition: Parts must be in original condition, uninstalled, without grease, weld marks, or altered wiring harnesses.
• Packaging & Labels: Parts must be accompanied by their original supplier packaging and barcode/SKU tags intact.
• Proof of Purchase: Present your digital dispatch receipt, order number (e.g. MH-XXXXXX), or Safaricom M-Pesa transaction code.

Once a returned part is received and verified by our technicians:

• Bank Transfers / Card Payments: Re-credited within 24 to 48 banking hours depending on issuing bank settlement cycles.
